Amazing staff all of them. Martin the optometrist reviewed my husband immediately as he had lost his vision temporarily in his right eye. Martin immediately recognised this was not due to a sight issue but due to other medical issues. He referred immediately to our GP who at the time were blasé about his issues. This urgent referral led to my husband having live saving treatment and surgery as he was at anytime about to have a massive stroke and putting it bluntly would not have survived ,as the surgeons told him post surgery. We cannot thank the team at Clark’s enough as all the staff immediately recognised my husbands symptoms as something other than vision and rushed his appointment with them through. ❤️❤️❤️ My husband is currently recovering well from surgery but this could have been a whole different scenario had we not contacted Clark’s. We do not have enough words to express our thanks from all of our family

A lovely group of people. We felt welcome the moment we arrived and we were dealt with professionally and in a very personable manner. My eyes were deteriorating at quite a rate but with the new revolutionary lenses recommended by clarks my eyes have for the first time not changed. Great service.

Attended with client who needed a lot of support and encouragement to have his eyes tested. All staff friendly, understanding and totally in touch with how to assist with eye test and aftersales service. Client was put at ease and encouraged throughout, meaning he had a positive experience.
