Polite and easy to get through to them. The alarm system works fine. Pay £100+ fee for yearly 15 minutes maintenance which I feel is pretty hefty. I also had an issue with the app not working after about a year. They wanted £90 for someone to come out to have a look, despite the technical department advising our info had just disappeared from their cloud (after a second call to chase up on the issue). Our alarm system was working fine otherwise so we decided not to go ahead with that payment and wait for it to be checked with the yearly maintenance. However, the app was ‘magically’ working again within a week. Not sure why we should have to pay if they are able to fix it without payment - not very ethical.

This company doesn't train their staff on the law properly. A GBSG security officer named Dave working in Spalding council office tries to inforce his own laws regarding photography in public.

Absolutely don't use these. And don't work for them either! Disgusting company. Will make you work all hours and then threaten to sack you if you say you can't do a shift! They lie to all of their costumers- your property will be protected 24.7 but they don't even employ workers 24.7!

Disgusting ego maniac security guard called the Police over a member of the public taking photos of a memorial for fallen soldiers at Spalding Council offices ! Another rubbish " security " firm !
