Good place to get your logs and coal at a good price

Ok but doesn't offer the same price on some items that they offer online.

My local coal merchant, prices are steep but that's coal these days, good selection for now, likely close as prices rise and the market diminishes.

Bought an online order for twenty 4kg bags of eCoal for delivery, waited 10 days with no word. Went to the depot to pick it up myself, told there was no stock and they didn't know when there would be any. Very poor communication and attitude unhelpful. Contacted head office for refund, will not be using them again.

A place where you can meet the happiest of office staff, but the honest bit the coal really keeps the house warm and lots of different varieties.

Nice staff good price's. Loads to choice from. Easy to get in out.

Received an email Thursday 16th December 2021 tell me that my order would be delivered Friday 17th December 2021 even giving the name of the driver who was going to deliver it, waited in all day by 4ish l rang CPL and as nothing have arrived. The woman l spoke to told me they had no record of any email being sent but she would ring the local depot and see what was going on and ring me back. It's now Saturday 18th tried ringing the local depot redirected to the head office who don't work Saturdays. They've had your money and don't want to know, as my boiler is broken the fire is my only means of heat, which l told the woman, but they don't care. I wont be using these wasters again.

Would be a 0 rating, my order is now over 10 days late ,paid for over a week ago, customer service was rubbish they don't care ,I got it's a small order, like they only want big orders ,its my only form of heat ,I'm over 60 and vulnerable with health problems, had no coal for 5 days now ,

Tried pre packed Phurnacite and it was great. Ordered 300kg open sack phurnacite and it was absolute rubbish, struggles to last the night. Nothing like the pre packed stuff. Either wrong fuel delivered or they use poor quality fuels. Customer service promised a call back. Never happened. Not impressed. 🙁
